1. How long does order processing take?

We typically process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

2. When will I receive my order?

Our standard delivery time is 14–21 business days. However, select items fulfilled from U.S. warehouses may arrive within 3–7 business days. The most accurate shipping estimate is shown on each product page.

3. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@shinzaa.com.

6. What is your return policy?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will help you with a return or refund. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. What if I received the wrong item or it’s damaged?

We’re sorry about that! Please email us at support@shinzaa.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, we’re working on adding more gifting options in the future!
