Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or refund requests for items that meet the following conditions:

- The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable)

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect or problem (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 24 hours to assist you.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned, depending on the situation.
In other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards or downloadable digital items
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
